Introduction

The current global status-quo has imposed new realities and norms on our professional life. Many small-medium organisations are struggling with coping with the growing changes as a result of moving from physical to virtual spaces.

In the framework of the Celebrating Our Diversity programme this year, we would like to offer this capacity building opportunity for our Anna Lindh Foundation network members in Finland, Germany, Lebanon and Sweden.

The Toolbox is an interactive toolkit containing workshops and methods that can help you to design and implement collective development process in a team or organisation.
