Find your way
Världskulturmuseet (the Museum of World Culture) is situated at Södra vägen 54, right next to Universeum (the science museum) at Korsvägen at close to Liseberg (the amusement park).
During summer the trams and buses get new, temporary routes. Please check the timetable and trams and buses at the Västtrafik webb site: Plan your journey with Västtrafik (public transport) The tram/bus stop closest to the museum is namned "Korsvägen".
Please note that all pedestrian crossings from the bus/tram stops to the museum are unsupervised. School children are therefore recommended to use the pedestrian crossing across to Liseberg amusement park, which despite being a slightly longer route saves the children from crossing a busy road where visibility for motorists is poor.
Parking is available on the south side of the museum. Covered car parks can be found at Södra vägen, next to the south entrance of Liseberg Amusement Park, at Åvägen 34 in P-huset Focus, at Sofierogatan below Rondo and finally, at Valhallagatan next to Scandinavium Arena and Valhallabadet (swimming complex). Parking spaces for disabled can be found at the front and rear of the museum.
