About the campaign

Illegal excavations and trade of stolen cultural goods has increased significantly in Iraq and Syria. This often follows in the wake of war, as chaos and poverty makes it easier for criminal networks to act. However, people are working both on site and internationally to protect cultural heritage. Join The Museums of World Culture and other institutions in working together to defend culture!
