At Matmekka we serve genuine Asian food. Our chefs grind their own curry and prepare food the same way as their grandmothers have done before them. A warm welcome to Matmekka at the Museum of Ethnography!

Our food is made from clean, fresh and organic produce. We work closely with farmers that like us are passionate about clean and non-sprayed foods. We choose produce after season and menus are only set a week in advance. We cook our food with respect for both the environment and for the people eating eating it. Every day we have a minimum of three different dishes to choose from (one meat, one fish and one vegetarian). A complimentary salad buffet is included where you will find freshly baked bread from organic grains, a seasonal salad filled with nutrients, homemade hummus and strong condiments.
